This is the Privacy Policy for AppsPOS Pte. Ltd. (a company incorporated in Singapore, and operating at 1 Ubi View Focus One Building #04-21 Singapore 408555) ("AppsPOS"). In this Privacy Policy, "we", "us" or "our" refers to AppsPOS.
This Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, use, disclose and process your personal data when you:
- access or use our websites and applications (including mobile and web-based applications) (collectively, "Applications"), and services, and/or
- provide us with your personal data.
By providing us with personal data, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you consent to our collection, use, disclosure and processing of personal data on these terms. DO NOT provide any personal data to us if you do not accept this Privacy Policy.

Our Applications may contain links to other websites that are not owned or maintained by us. These links are provided only for your convenience. You may also be accessing our Applications through third party websites and/or platforms. This Privacy Policy only applies to our Applications. AMENDMENTS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice to you, in compliance with applicable laws or as we update our data usage and handling processes. The updated policy will supersede earlier versions and will apply to personal data provided to us previously. The updated Privacy Policy will take effect when made available on https://appspos.com/privacypolicies
This Privacy Policy may be available in languages other than English. To the extent of any inconsistencies or conflicts between this Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy made available in any other language, the English language version shall prevail.
Membership Account Removal
The following steps are for users to request for your account and associated data to be deleted from our (AppsPOS Pte Ltd) application:
- Drop an email to support@appspos.com
- Indicate which application (e.g. Itacho Sushi Singapore, 板長壽司 - ITACHO SUSHI FOOD ORDERING APP (Hong Kong) or Old Chang Kee Rewards) that you would like your account and associated data to be deleted from
- On your request, our team may take up to 7 working days to process your request.
Note:
Once your data is removed, you will no longer be able to retrieve your membership/rewards
